Booking and cancellation terms

Full Board The quoted rates are per stay, per room, in Full Board format, excluding All-Inclusive & Free Bar services, which can be added separately.
Check-In Check-in time is from 2 pm onwards. In the event of an early arrival, the reception staff will check the possibilities to deliver the room as soon as possible as well as offer the available services.
Check-out Check-out time is by 10 am, unless otherwise stated. For release after this time the daily rate will apply.
Periods of less than 3 days For periods of less than 3 days, a surcharge of 30% on the daily rate applies.
CHILDREN STAY FREE 1 or 2 children stay free in a room with 2 adults.
UNEATEN MEALS Any meals not consumed at the hotel cannot be deducted from the board price.
REDUCTIONS Reductions cannot be combined with other discounts or special conditions except where specifically indicated.
VALIDITY OF THE BOOKING Each booking will be valid if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, to be sent within 7 days of receiving the confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS In the event of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the entire paid amount will be refunded in the form of a voucher, which can be used until the 30th of September 2022.
EARLY DEPARTURE In the event of early departure, the guest is required to pay a penalty of 3 nights. In the case of non-refundable packages and rates, the full amount will be retained.
HOW CAN THE STAY BE PAID FOR? Directly at the hotel using cash, debit card and credit card. At the time of booking by postal order, bank transfer and credit card.
